Africa Prayer Mountain For All Nations is a vision that was given to John Mulinde, birthed through thanksgiving to God for what He did in answering prayers during the troubled years under the regimes of Iddi Amin and Dr. Milton Obote. Prayer Mountain was established in 1999 by World Trumpet Mission, in cooperation with partnering nations, and was officially dedicated to the purpose of unceasing prayer for the nations of the world by Uganda's First Lady, Mrs. Janet Museveni, in January 2001. Visitors from more than 40 nations have already come to pray at Prayer Mountain.
The programs on Prayer Mountain include daily lunch-hour services and weekly Friday all-night prayer attended by over 500 people from many churches and denominations. Some of these people come in organized groups to spend the night in prayer; these groups are free to hold their prayer separately from the main night prayer. Pastors and leaders, as well as church and intercessory networking groups, come for prayer and retreats.

Exciting news! We are pleased to report the recent construction of two flushing toilets and shower rooms on one wing that is being used to host female visitors, and four flushing toilets and urinals on the other side, which is used to host male visitors. There is still a challenge is using these facilities, however, in that the water tank that supplies the administrative block cannot reach these wings.
